At the request of the County Commissioners, in 1997, the PBMG entered into an agreement with the Commissioner's Court to design and landscape the bed areas on the Courthouse property. PBMG designed and established the beds and now oversees the maintenance. This garden was initailly designed to enhance the Courthouse grounds which are constantly used for public events.
