Sculpture/Sensory Garden

This garden, located at the Ellen Noel Art Museum, is designed for the visually and physically disabled using raised beds and plants that appeal to the senses.

Sculpture is placed throughout the garden and Braille signs are posted.  Xeriscape principles have been used by the Master Gardeners who designed, installed and maintain the garden.  Master Gardeners are often solicited to help with museum garden related projects and Master gardeners may take docent training to help with guided tours.
